Harry Potter Madness Wand

There is a new contest celebrating the final chapter of the Harry Potter series. To get this you go to the contests and create a scenery featuring this movie. The prize is  black wand. Here is a picture of it below.

I realized the other day that the Otto store is gone, I also used the link to get everything in my dressing room and nothing. Is this store gone or is it a glitch? If it isn't a glitch why would stardoll get rid of it?
